Reigate and Redhill Counselling is located at The Westway Clinic, 17 Hatchlands Road, Redhill, Surrey, and offers counselling and supervision online and in person.
Our work includes clinical supervision for counsellors and therapists, as well as, pastoral supervision for those working in education, vocational, and workplace settings. We offer a reflective and supportive supervisory space tailored to professional role and context.
Our Supervisors

Claudia Smith
Pastoral Supervisor and Counsellor MBACP Accred.
Claudia is a BACP-accredited counsellor whose current work focuses on pastoral supervision and workplace resilience support. She works with individuals in vocational, educational, and community roles, offering reflective supervision to support wellbeing, sustainability, and professional resilience.
Claudia works primarily online and also offers in-person resilience supervision within school settings.
Claudia offers counselling online but is not currently taking on new clients.

Lorraine Martin
Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor MBACP Accred.
Lorraine is a BACP-accredited counsellor and counselling supervisor with over ten years’ experience. She offers clinical supervision for counsellors and therapists, supporting both qualified practitioners and those in training, as well as workplace and organisational supervision.
Lorraine works predominantly in person in Redhill and Reigate, with online supervision and counselling also available.

Supervision and Counselling
Lorraine and Claudia are experienced BACP-accredited counsellors. They are professionally qualified and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, including ongoing professional development. Their counselling and supervision practice is informed by an integrative approach, drawing on principles from person centered, CBT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, transactional analysis, and polyvagal theory, tailored to the needs of each client. While different approaches are used, it is the strength of the relationship that has the greatest impact on the effectiveness of counselling and supervision.

Pastoral supervision for individuals working in vocational, caring, or faith-based roles, including church leaders, mission partners, and voluntary and community sector workers.

Clinical supervision for counsellors and therapists, including trainee counsellors and qualified therapists.

Resilience-focused supervision in educational settings, helping professionals sustain wellbeing and maintain effective practice

Fees and Duration of Counselling Appointments:

Lorraine and Claudia work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, usually for a minimum of six session’s dependant on what you are hoping to gain from counselling. They have a variety of appointment times which include some evenings.

Supervision and counselling are available online and in person in Redhill and Reigate, offering flexible support tailored to each individual or team.​ Fees begin at £55 per hour.
