Claudia Smith
MBACP Accred.
Claudia is a qualified counsellor and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Prior to qualifying as a counsellor she worked within the education and voluntary sector.
Claudia has a experience in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout and work related stress. She also supports people in the humanitarian and third sector to strengthen resilience and process experiences. She aims to create a safe collaborative space to explore the issues you are facing and work together to find a way forward to feel better.
Claudia is also qualified as an online therapist providing counselling via Zoom (video call) and via email exchange.

Lorraine Martin

Lorraine is a qualified accredited counsellor with over 12 years experience, counselling supervisor and accredited member of the BACP. Prior qualifying Lorraine worked in both the corporate business and voluntary sector. This brings a broad breadth of experience to the counselling relationship.
Lorraine specialises in supporting clients experiencing loss, low mood and self esteem, stress and anxiety in both work and in personal relationships. She is able to support clients in a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental way to help achieve emotional well-being, coping strategies and improved self- worth.

Lorraine and Claudia are experienced BACP counsellors. They are professionally qualified and members of the BACP, abiding by their Ethical Framework which includes maintaining regular professional development. They offer an integrative approach to counselling, to suit our client’s needs which may include aspects of CBT, Solution Focused, Person Centred and Psychodynamic approaches.
